Service area
Orders are presently delivered only to eligible Ranchi, Jharkhand PIN codes beginning with 834. The website checks the entered PIN code before checkout. A successful PIN check remains subject to address verification and practical serviceability.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is completely free within VeraBelle’s eligible Ranchi service area. Any exceptional charge, if ever applicable, will be disclosed and agreed before dispatch—no hidden delivery fee will be added after checkout.
Processing and delivery time
Available products are generally processed within 1–2 business days and are normally delivered within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Sundays, public holidays, severe weather, local restrictions or an incorrect address may cause delays.
Delivery confirmation
Please provide a complete address, landmark, active mobile number and optional alternate number. Our team or delivery partner may call before delivery. The customer should inspect the outer package at handover and promptly report visible damage.
