Products and pricing
We aim to display product colours, descriptions, sizes, availability and prices accurately. Minor colour differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change before an order is placed.
Orders
An order is accepted after we confirm product availability and the order details. We may contact you to verify an order. VeraBelle may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment is unsuccessful or misuse is suspected.
Payments
Available methods may include Cash on Delivery and secure online payment through Razorpay. Online payment availability depends on the payment provider. A successful payment does not override stock availability; if we cannot fulfil a prepaid order, an applicable refund will be initiated.
Delivery area
We currently accept and deliver orders only within eligible Ranchi, Jharkhand PIN codes. Delivery is free within our Ranchi service area. Orders outside the service area may not be accepted.
Use of the website
You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. You may not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with the service or infringement of VeraBelle content and branding.
